Dr. Jeffrey Moody II
I became interested in health and fitness at an early age. That interest, as well as being a high school and collegiate athlete, motivated me to receive my Bachelor’s degree in Health and Recreation and continuing my education pursuing a Master’s degree in Exercise and Fitness. My career in health and fitness began as an Exercise Specialist at First Health in February 2007. My clients ranged from high-level athletes to special need clients. Teaching small group classes as well as hosting seminars and individual training classes focused on performance, youth conditioning and sports preparation was also part of my career path at First Health. As my career in health and fitness advanced, I felt I had more to offer in the health arena. I chose the field of chiropractic medicine because I was ready to go to the next level with my career and I wanted to be on the holistic side. Chiropractic would blend my love for health and fitness and my desire to help others achieve overall wellness. I truly believe Investing in one’s health is the greatest investment someone can make.
