New patients are billed using à la carte pricing, allowing care to be tailored to your individual needs—no cookie-cutter appointment costs.

TRICARE
We are not in-network with TRICARE; however, we proudly offer a military discount on each service provided.
Active duty and retired service members must present a valid military ID to receive the discount. Eligible dependents may also receive discounted rates. Dependents under the age of 13 are billed at an adolescent rate, which differs from the military discount. Dependents under the age of 13 are not eligible for military discounts.
Medicare
We are non-assigned with Medicare, but we are still able to treat Medicare patients and file claims on their behalf.
Patients pay for services at the time of their visit, and we courtesy file Medicare . Any reimbursement issued by Medicare or a secondary insurance is typically sent directly to the patient.
In some cases, payment may be sent to our clinic. If this occurs, we will promptly issue a refund to the original payment method or apply a credit to the patient’s account—based on the patient’s preference.
